Zambry billboard defaced by his detractors
Well via his official blog, the now ‘illegitimate’ Perak Mentri Besar, Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir, has responded to the Kuala Lumpur High Court decision that overturned the post back to Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin.
He said that Pakatan especially Nizar and co. are spreading “negative perceptions” of him and Barisan on the Internet.
Via Zambry’s blog, “To me, losing the mentri besar post will not reduce my fighting spirit in upholding the truth. Nelson Mandela sacrificed his freedom for 27 years in order to free South Africans from the grip of ‘apartheid.’ Gandhi also sacrificed his life for the sake of India’s independence and so his people would be able to live without caste or religious boundaries. I only had to withstand the negative perceptions that Nizar and his people have created of me and the Barisan’s image. I know it will be hard to change such perceptions for their accusations are all over the Internet.”
Zambry is still adamant that he is still the rightful Mentri Besar of Perak and that Speaker V. Sivakumar had no right to suspend him and his six executive councillors.
By the way is it just me or did Zambry just compared himself with the likes of Gandhi and Nelson Mandela. Now that’s so embarrassing.
