Lim Kit Siang at a press conference in Parliament explains on the four UMNO Youth members who was involved in the Karpal Singh fraces.
The four was fined RM$1000 over their act of surrounding Karpal Singh as he arrived for parliament proceedings.
They wanted Karpal to apologise for alleging that Umno Youth had threatened him by sending him live cartridges.
