Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing claims the RM10 million donation he made in 2007 to MCA via Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat was paid in three separate cash installments. Tiong claimed he could summon a witness to prove that Ong had asked him for the donation.
Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd (KDSB) deputy CEO Datuk Faisal Abdullah also said in the same report that Ong had used the company’s private jet five times, incurring fuel and other expenses amounting to US$40,000 which Ong admitted.
Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat said on August 13 that he would take legal action against Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing if the Barisan Nasional backbenchers’ chief does not retract his claim to have donated RM10 million to the MCA president. He denied allegations that he had received a RM10 million donation from KDSB CEO Tiong.
Datuk Tiong King Sing, the CEO of the main developer of the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ), said that he would not retract his statement that MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat had received a RM10 million donation from him.
