DAP politician, member of Parliament for Seputeh and the Kinrara state assemblyperson has filed a suit against Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar, Inspector-General of Police Musa Hassan, arresting officer DSP E Kim Tien for unlawful arrest and false imprisonment last year.

Sankara Nair, acting as Teresa Kok lawyer filed the suit at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.

Hmm this is getting interesting and I’m waiting Syed Hamid Albar response. Fight or flight?
