The official post-mortem found that Teoh died as the result of internal injuries sustained in a fall.
Teoh was found dead on the fifth floor of Plaza Masalam in Shah Alam, that also houses the Selangor Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) office on the 14th floor
