The Court of appeal in Putrajaya will hear on Monday Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin’s application to set aside an order obtained by Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir to stay the High Court declaration that he is the rightful Mentri Besar of Perak.
