MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat says that government officials should adopt the 1Malaysia concept and lead by example. He officiated the Merdeka thanksgiving ceremony at Wisma Buddhist in Kuala Lumpur Saturday.
Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat is a Malaysian politician and is the current Transport Minister in the Malaysian federal cabinet. He is also the current president of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA).
As the president of MCA, he is the third highest politician in Malaysia, behind the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Deputy Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
