Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak describes the detention of 10 terror suspects as a pre-emptive measure. He says the Government always take responsibility in issues concerning national security in the interest of the nation as well as the international community. He told a press conference after chairing the Umno Supreme Council meeting Friday.
