The developer’s double-storey house offer it seems has finally been accepted by the 11 remaining temporary occupation licence (TOL) holders of Kampung Buah Pala residents.
The 11 would be meeting today Sunday with developer Nusmetro Ventures (P) Sdn Bhd, the village committee members and representatives of landowner Koperasi Pegawai Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang to finally seal the deal.
