Today at Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court, Jalan Duta at 9.30am, Sessions Court judge SM Komathy Suppiah will give her decision if Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim case will be moved to the High Court.
This move was requested by the prosecution and Anwar is against the transfer as it threatens his right to a fair trial. He claims it would face him with a biased judge.
