Dr Syed Azman The Better PAS Candidate For Kuala Terengganu By-Election

It seems that PAS’s Dr Syed Azman Syed Ahmad Nawawi and BN’s Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh are the two top candidates voters are looking for to occupy the Kuala Terengganu parliamentary seat.

An independent survey commissioned by PAS has revealed from the above findings, they are likely to field Dr Syed.

The by-election is set to be held on January 17th next year and some 80,000 voters will decide who will replace former MP Datuk Razali Ismail who was from the Barisan Nasional party, died last November while playing badminton.

BN won the seat by the slightest of margin the last time round, by some 628 votes and this time round PAS wants to ensure they win it by seeking public favor in the survey above first before announcing their candidate.

But PAS recently shot themselves in the foot by announcing they still wish to pursue their Hudud Law mandate when and if Pakatan Rakyat takes over the nation administration.
