Bekas Timbalan Presiden MCA, Chua Soi Lek hari ini menegaskan bahawa mesyuarat agung luar biasa (EGM) MCA yang akan berlangsung 10 Oktober ini harus menyelesaikan masalah dalaman parti tersebut.

Menurutnya lagi, demkokrasi dalam parti harus dipulihkan dan kepimpinan dalam parti perlu memenuhi hasrat ahli-ahli di peringkat akar umbi.
