“They have been talking about it but they have not succeeded. Our MPs did not leave the BN. We may have our differences but they are loyal to the coalition. The BN has formed a stable government with a comfortable majority. Why would our members want to leave? The opposition is just wasting our time. I don’t believe that Najib had abused his powers. If he did, how can he be my successor? I believe that he is a good person and that he will be a good prime minister.”
