Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim defense today failed to stop the prosecution from initiating another revision to have the Opposition leader case being moved to the High Court.
The Kuala Lumpur High Court dismissed Anwar’s objection to the prosecution’s application citing that preliminary objection by the defense is premature.
The Prosecution led by Solicitor-General II Datuk Mohd Yusof Zainal Abiden was adamant in getting the revision approved.
The prosecution will now have an appeal for the case to be heard in the Sessions Court.
