Set your dates on November 7th, as that’s the day the Sessions Court will decide the validity of the transfer certificate for Anwar’s sodomy case to be moved to the High Court.
The defence obviously don’t want it to be moved as they’ve repeated said it would face Anwar with a biased judge and threatens his right to a fair trial.
Their defense is that the transfer certificate signed by Attorney General (AG) Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail has validity issues.
The Sessions Court Judge S.M Komathy has heard both side of the defence and prosecution and I just hope the decision will be a good one for Anwar on the coming 7th November.
