Post-Mortem Shows A. Kugan Beaten To Death During Police Captivity

The results are back and the second post-mortem is totally different from the initial post-mortem that says the suspected car thief died of fluid in his lungs.

The post-mortem indicates:

1. 42 new marks, burns and contusions found.
2. Hot iron was believed used that caused V-shaped burn marks.
3. Kidney failed and tisses broke down due to severe beatings.
4. Hemorrhaging of stomach, trachea, spleen, chest, spine, back of the neck and even the heart.
5. Blunt trauma to skull found.

If not for the 22 year old family insistence for a second post-mortem, the 11 alleged police who was interrogating A. Kugan would have got away scot-free.

The post-mortem has been submitted to the Attorney-General’s Chambers and all the alleged policemen involved has been given desk duties pending investigations.

The case has now been reclassified as murder.
